Our infrastructure is constantly upgraded to be able to meet our customers’ most demanding needs.
Install and operate the connections everywhere in Lebanon. GDS is the only Data Provider to have a real and complete national coverage.
Guarantee an immediate intervention and repair in case of link failure. We offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) stipulating an intervention delay not exceeding 2 hours inside Beirut and 4 hours outside Beirut.

Outside working hours, GDS will provide you with our private mobile hotline for emergencies.
Provide support 24 hours a day 7 days a week: our Network Management Center experts' staff continuously monitors the network. They are involved in all its components to intervene in case of link failure for an immediate troubleshooting. Faults are remotely detected and resolved at the NMC level, which significantly reduces the problem resolution time.
Offer value-added services: Internet access, Applications, Financial services… etc.
